CANCELLATION

You must provide at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

NO SHOW

If you no-show your appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of your session's price and you will be required to pre-pay your full appointment if you wish to book again.

PAYMENTS

We are able to accept payment in the form of cash, credit cards, Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time! A 15-minute grace period will be given but after this your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
